KaddyAI LTD is committed to full compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. All requests are processed within 21 days.
Request Data Export
Receive a copy of all personal data KaddyAI holds about your account, in a structured, machine-readable format. We will send a download link to your registered email within 21 days.
Request Account Deletion
Request permanent deletion of your KaddyAI account and all associated personal data. Please note that financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Kenyan law. Any remaining wallet balance will be withdrawn before deletion.
