✅ Acceptable Behaviour

  • Engage respectfully with other participants, even when you disagree with their forecasts or market positions.
  • Create markets with clear, objective, and verifiable resolution criteria that give all participants a fair opportunity to assess the outcome.
  • Participate in good faith — make genuine forecasts based on your honest assessment of the probabilities.
  • Report violations of these guidelines promptly using the in-app reporting tool.
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest when creating markets on topics in which you have a direct financial or personal stake.
  • Follow the spirit as well as the letter of these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

🚫 Prohibited Content & Behaviour

Hate Speech

Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Harassment & Threats

Targeted harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour, or any conduct designed to make another user feel unsafe.

Spam & Unsolicited Promotion

Repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited content, including bulk promotion of external services, referral farming, and follow-up spam.

Market Manipulation

Coordinated plays designed to artificially move pool distributions, wash trading, shill bidding, or any other strategy that undermines market integrity.

Misleading Information

Creating markets or content that contains deliberate falsehoods, fabricated sources, or resolution criteria designed to mislead participants.

Fraudulent Markets

Markets created with the intent to defraud participants, including markets with rigged or unverifiable outcomes.

Illegal Content

Any content that promotes, facilitates, or relates to illegal activity under Kenyan or international law.

Sexual or Violent Content

Explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or any material that is offensive or harmful to a reasonable person.

📊 Market Quality Requirements

All markets created on KaddyAI must meet the following quality standards to ensure a fair experience for all participants:

  • Clear Resolution Criteria: the market description must specify precisely how the market will be resolved, including the data source and the specific threshold or event that triggers each outcome.
  • Verifiable Outcomes: outcomes must be determinable by reference to a public, independent, and reliable source (e.g., official government data, official sports results, major news agencies).
  • Appropriate Categorisation: markets must be placed in the correct category to ensure discoverability and accurate context for participants.
  • Fair Framing: market questions must be framed neutrally and must not be designed to steer participants towards a particular outcome.
  • Timely Resolution: market creators must select resolution dates that are realistic and aligned with when the resolution data will be publicly available.

Consequences of Violations

Warning

For first-time or minor violations, we will issue a formal warning and remove the offending content. Warnings are logged on your account.

Temporary Suspension

For repeated violations or more serious breaches, your account will be temporarily suspended. You will be unable to play, create markets, or access Host Page features during suspension.

Permanent Ban

For severe violations (e.g., fraud, hate speech, repeated market manipulation) or a pattern of serious breaches, your account will be permanently closed and any pending rewards forfeited.

🚩 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tool available on every market, Host Page, and user profile. Our moderation team reviews all reports and responds within 2 business days.
