What is the minimum amount I can play with?

Markets have a minimum play amount of KES 50. Some markets may have higher minimums set by the Market Maker.

How quickly can I withdraw winnings?

Winnings are credited to your KaddyAI wallet immediately after market resolution. Withdrawal to M-Pesa or SasaPay typically processes within minutes.

Can I create a market about anything?

Market Makers can propose any topic, but all markets are reviewed by our AI and human moderation team before publication. Markets must have clear, verifiable resolution criteria.

What happens if a market cannot be resolved?

If a market cannot be resolved (e.g., the event is cancelled), all plays are refunded in full to participants' wallets. See our Market Resolution Policy for full details.
